Aloha!

We took our first real vacation as a family this fall. We enjoyed 8 beautiful days in Maui with Nanny and Grandpa.
The accomadations were perfect, the company fun, and the location amazing! We had a great time doing a lot of activities: pool, beach, aquarium, SUP, and animal farm.

USC vs. Boston College

Well another USC foot ball season is underway. We thought it would be fun to take Blake to a few games. Blake did great, especially since is was over 90 degrees out. We had a great time! And Blake even got to get real close to Traveler.

First Haircut

Blake has his first real haircut at 15 months old. I had trimmed his bangs myself a little. So, this was the first professional job. He was fine for the first 75% or so, but when the clippers came out he lost it.

Grandma's Birthday

We drove up to Lake Arrowhead to visit Grandma for her birthday. We spent a relaxing weekend with Grandma, Grandpa Mike, Maggie, and Seamus. We enjoyed water skiing and wake boarding on the lake. And we also spent a cocktail hour on the dock. The weather and company couldn't have been better.

Tide pools

We went to the tide pools in Corona Del Mar early one morning, and had a great time. We saw crabs, sea urchins, sea cucumbers, and sea anemones. Blake enjoyed sticking his finger in the anemones to make them close.
