Gavin at 6 months

Gavin is growing like crazy! He was a healthy boy at his six month check up, and smiling at all the nurses and doctors.

Gavin loves his brother more than anything, and the feeling is mutual. Blake can get Gavin to smile and laugh in under a second. We hope they always feel this way!

These two want to be around each other every second of every day. Love it!

Blake's first hospital stay

Poor Blake caught a nasty Strep infection, that caused some very large lymph nodes in his neck. Our boy spent two nights in the hospital, but handled it like a champ. By the last day he was asking me to play music and blow up gloves as balloons to have a party!

Gavin 5 months old

Our sweet little guy has started solids (ie rice cereal) and loves it! He is also a good little sleeper!

Summer Vacation

We took a road trip for summer vacation with our great friends from Prince of Peace. We had four families together in total, and headed to Gulf Shores, Alabama! We got to see some new states on the 12 hour drive... Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. The drive went as well as we could have hoped for, and the house we rented was beautiful. The adults and kids had a good time, and we will remember this trip always!

Gavin 4 months old

Our little guy has mastered rolling in both directions, and is happy to show off this new skill. He is still always happy as can be and so fun to be around. We couldn't love him more!
